Dewan Juri independen IndoBuildTech Awards terdiri dari profesional yang ahli di bidangnya melakukan proses seleksi ketat dan bertahap untuk dapat menetapkan nominasi.

Hasil nominasi menetapkan para pemenang dalam 3 kategori besar, yaitu Pertama, Innovative Product Sector dengan 20 sub-kategori berdasarkan jenis produk bahan, perlengkapan bangunan, dan finishing. 

Kedua, Outstanding Performance dengan 7 sub-kategori untuk produk dengan performa dan inisiatif yang positif, baik dari sisi aktivitas promosi, digitalisasi bisnis, tanggung jawab sosial, hubungan konsumen, lingkungan hidup, pengembangan produk, dan inisiatif net zero.

Ketiga, Special Awards dengan 3 sub-kategori kepada pelaku industri yang memiliki pencapaian luar biasa.

IndoBuildTeach Awards yang menjadi puncak acara pada hari ke-4 dari 5 hari pameran tersebut disemarakkan oleh penampilan eksklusif artis penyanyi yang berkarir di pentas musik di dalam dan luar negeri Putri Ayu yang tampil dalam 2 sesi dengan beberapa hit pop termasuk Mandarin.
